Blue Cheese Dressing

The first time I made this dressing Mr Em asked if we had any more salad. First. Time. Ever. This is hands down the best salad dressing I have ever made. I recommend using a creamy blue like Gorgonzola rather than a harder one like Stilton.

Ingredients

  • 50 grams blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/3 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Chicken and Bacon Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing

Mix together the buttermilk and blue cheese and use a fork to mash until almost smooth.
Add the mayonnaise, vinegar, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and, using a stick blender, mix to combine.
Store in the fridge in a tightly sealed container for up to 1 week.
